Wow, what a blur of great shows! Our Pacifica debut at The Surf Spot was a smash and the weekend before we had 2 shows with our old pal Rich McCulley (LA-based roots-pop singer/songwriter) - first at the very cool Aubergine After Dark in Sebastopol and then back to our old stomping grounds of Twang Sunday at Thee Parkside. And just a couple weeks prior we had another fun show with Nashville recording/touring artist Erica Sunshine Lee and her band. You know us - work, work, work!

What's that they say - the devil finds work for idle hands? In addition to pickin' some new tunes and moving out-and-in-and-out-of rehearsal studios, we've been busy making music around town as Rory (aka Swing Drummer at-large) has been keeping time with his new combo at The Baltic in Historic Point Richmond and there's been multiple sightings of Ted & Bob in North Beach, most recently at The Saloon with The Chris Ford Band. But we hella-miss you guys so see ya' for GoldDiggers-proper real soon!

We had two great shows in April and May at the mighty Amnesia in the Mission District - man, we love playing that joint! We were glad to be along for the ride from the San Francisco Songbird Showcase with The Patsychords to Shelby Ash's Alt-Country bash with Tiny Television and assorted twang all-stars.

Whew, we're back from Austin and a fantastic SXSW 2012!

Thanks to the Pyotr Belov family, Brittany Shane, Brian Ferguson, Shavon and Ampeg USA for making it happen.

It was truly a pleasure to play for the outstanding owners, management, staff and soundmen of Whip In, The Varsity Bar and Key Bar; all uniquely awesome joints.

And thanks to all the contagiously nice Austinites that impacted the trip in some large or small way, whether they showed up to support the band, sat in with us, gave us advice, offered future bookings, got us into top-notch events, didn't charge us cover, or just plain remembered our faces from last time...particularly Troy Campbell, Jimmy Pettit, Bill Kirchen, Gibson Guitars Austin, the Gibson tour bus crew, staff of The Continental Club and the other bands, audiences and friends old and new. Hope to be back real soon!
