September shows announced

We've got two great back to back shows coming up - one on each side of the Golden Gate Bridge.

On Thursday, Sept. 10 we'll be back at our old stomping grounds at Peri's Silver Dollar Bar in Fairfax. We play 3 sets from 9:30pm-12:30am and there's no cover!

On Friday, Sept. 11 we hunker down in the Mission district for an early show at Make-Out Room where we open for local twang favorites Starlene. We play one set from 7:30-8:15pm so don't be late!

The GoldDiggers on Facebook

So it looks like this internet thing is going to stick around after all. In that light, we decided to get with the program so now you can follow The GoldDiggers on our nascent Facebook page. Won't you be our friend?

El Rio videos posted

We were really diggin' the sound at the last El Rio gig and were lucky to capture most of it on video. You can find a sampling on the GIGS page or go to our YouTube channel. Thanks to Kitchen Fire for passing the ball to us and Rick for the good sound and Larry-bob for hosting and Daniela for filming and Dylan for burning and Bob for editing.

You can hear and see the original songs Deep in My Lonely Heart, Seattle, Turn to Me, A Year and a Day, Wound Up, and our versions of Boxcars, I Had My Hopes Up High, and Cocaine Blues. Be surprised right along with the band as Dylan busts out the accordion. Enjoy!

The GoldDiggers On Demand

Subscribers to Comcast On Demand (also known as cable) in the greater SF area can watch us perform the original songs "Deep in My Lonely Heart" and "Wound Up" as many times as you'd like for free until September. Here's how:

-From your cable remote, go to On Demand or Channel 1
-Select "Get Local"
-Select "Battle of the Bands"
-Scroll down and select "SF Deep in My..." OR "SF Wound Up"

No cable? They will be posted soon on

Thanks to Shelley Champine of Marin Local Music and Renegade Productions.
